Here’s what Helen says:

“I was very pleased to visit Peckham Pantry, a part of the Pecan project.

“This is the largest pantry in the country, and is currently five days a week. For more than five years, and the membership is not inspected. It is a radical inspiring project in four local churches.

“Also there is a food bank of the pantrin, but I agree, and I agree that the pantrin is really the next step for people who use a konbank, but are now out of the crisis and support support in a sustainable crisis.

“It is very dynamic with a female project that helps women who left prison and domestic violence, art seminars, employment support and financial advice.”
