Why does our churches need a working-class cleric or pastor? Is this an attempt to enhance our levels of diversity that looks like a little more affordable with the secular world?

It can be a good criticism, but I really believe that more workers’ ministers, all religions in many churches in many church institutions, I believe that it is necessary to need more than a talent and enthusiasm.

And only if someone thinks, “As a minute, I’m a working class and I’ve got a degree, what about the ERS on earth?” I would like to add that, of course, many working class people are academic and there are rates and it is also beautiful.

As a result, I would like to offer a number of workflows for the ministry education of all churches. Of course, the maintenance and capabilities of an apprentice type model for class-based learning are also opening the capabilities and capabilities. The context is proposing based learning, ‘True world’ experience, is raised to create people in the field of wet and church service.
